Walk Strong, Play Free was created by a girl who could have played Division I in multiple sports— and chose to walk away from an abusive coach instead. Her decision wasn’t quitting. It was courage.
Our Mission
We empower girls to recognize their worth, trust their instincts, and walk away from harmful athletic environments with confidence and courage. We support young athletes as they reclaim joy, rebuild self-belief, and step back into sports in ways that are safe, healthy, and free.
